Seller: the business offering products/services on the platform. Buyer: the individual or company placing the order.
Subject
The agreement covers sale and delivery of products/services ordered electronically. Product details, price, tax, shipping and payment appear in the order summary.
Delivery and payment
Delivery time and method follow the options selected at checkout. Payment is collected according to the chosen method (bank transfer, card, etc.).
Right of withdrawal
Where consumer law provides a withdrawal right, it may be exercised. Statutory exceptions remain reserved.
